Your first step is to connect for a brief introductory call to get acquainted and learn more about your initial interest in business ownership, ambitions, motivations, and future goals. We will discuss the next steps in the process, timing, and any questions you may have.
Learn
Complete your confidential questionnaire and SpotOn! assessment. They each require about 20 minutes of your time and provide preliminary information to help us determine which franchising system would best suit you.
Consult
We take a blank canvas and design your must-haves in a business. This is the foundation of what we do. Together, we help define your vision for business ownership, skill set, goals, investment level, lifestyle needs, and what you are looking to accomplish within your business venture.
Match
SpotOn! Assessment in hand, we will use the criteria outlined on our Franchise Consultation call to research companies that match your specific business characteristics. There will be ongoing coaching tips and tools to help support you in this discovery process. You will have access to Your Franchise Fast Pass online learning center which is full of tools and tips to help you along the way.
Engage
Franchise evaluation begins with mutual introductions and a comprehensive assessment of the company, leadership team, systems, potential, and much more. Keep in mind that the franchise companies are also evaluating your fitness level to grow their brand.
Celebrate
Once you select the business that is right for you, based on all of your due diligence, we celebrate you turning your dreams into reality! Our biggest compliment will be your support in helping us find more entrepreneurs like you.
How much time should you dedicate to this process?
Your evaluation process may require a minimum of 5 hours per week as you engage with franchise companies. The process we follow is direct, considerate, effective and even fun. Our approach is consultative to ensure that the franchise opportunities you evaluate fits your specific criteria, lifestyle, investment levels, skill set, geographic area and more.
What is the cost of services?
My services are FREE. The franchise company compensates us in finding the best match in a franchise owner. Franchises are awarded to the best candidates who fit the skills and abilities necessary to be successful in that business.
